Return & Refund Policy
Return Period:
You may return unused, unopened items within 15 business days from the date of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Returns initiated after 15 business days will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom boards
- Clearance or final sale items or flash sale items
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
