We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If you receive a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 Return & Refund Policy
Return Period: You may return unused, unopened items within 15 business days from the date of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Returns initiated after 15 business days will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-7  business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.
Shipping Methods: We ship via most major carries. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight of the order.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days within the U.S., and 7-21 business days for international orders, depending on location. Delivery times only apply after production is complete and the item is ready to ship.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims may require photographic evidence.
