Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Peak Season Delays During peak season, high order volume may extend production and processing times. Shipping delays of 1–3 weeks beyond standard processing times are possible during these periods. We'll do our best to communicate any delays via email and appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at staff@customx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage.
